This is a phenomenal documentary put together by Dave Asprey (the Bulletproof guy). Dave spent countless hours putting together the most comprehensive documentary ever produced on the topic of mold and the debilitating impact it can have on your future health.
The documentary that started it all. What can I say? Without this documentary, I doubt this blog would even exist. The Perfect Human Diet personally turned me onto the Paleo diet and started me on my mission of health improvement and helping others achieve the same results. Fantastic overview of the Paleo principles, and incredibly persuasive to even the most skeptical viewers.
